Floral clean guitar & crushing waves of distorted feedback.Touches of the masters, Jimi & Miles and tacticians Marc Ribot & Bill Orcutt. An attempt to reflect bands like Sonic Youth, Casper Brotzman Massaker and Earth. Sounds ranging from eastern music to swing jazz to harsh noice dissidence with a homage to SunnO))s cracked beauty.
Drum sounds and techniques from raga to swing to jazzed out thrash. Subtle light touches bring out the dynamics, accurate tom strikes and deft footwork provide a classic feel as well as a modern approach to rhythm. This is a purely improvised session recorded at a haunted church in the deepest of the south.. enjoy.
